You must have a 2016-2017 FAFSA on file before you may apply.

Applicant must:

    *Be an Indiana resident and a U.S. Citizen or eligible noncitizen; 
     Be financially independent as determined by the FAFSA and demonstrate financial need;
    *Be enrolled, or plan to enroll, in a course of study leading to an associates or first bachelors degree, or a certificate at select institutions;  

    *Be enrolled in at least six (6) credit hours or their equivalent in any academic term; 
    *Maintain a grade point average that meets satisfactory academic progress as defined by your institution; 
    *Complete at least eighteen (18) credit hours or their equivalent in the previous academic year to renew; and 
    *Meet any other minimum criteria established by the Commission.

*Financial need has been determined to be an EFC of $1,500 or less for the 2016-17 academic year
